FAQs and Things to Know Before Purchasing or Consolidating Shipments

How to submit a proxy shopping item?

You can contact us directly via WhatsApp, or click on the flag below to proceed to the next step, where you can submit product images, links, and purchasing details. Once completed, you can submit an order with a price of 0. We will then follow up to confirm, provide a quote, and arrange the subsequent purchasing process.

How are product prices calculated?

The product price will be based on the actual selling price of the European local platform, converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and the final quoted amount shall prevail.

When is the service fee charged? When is the shipping fee confirmed?

Once an item is confirmed for proxy purchase, our store will first collect the proxy purchase service fee.
Upon receipt of payment, we will officially arrange the procurement.

Shipping fees can only be confirmed after we have received the item, completed repackaging, and measured the actual weight and volume.

 

How can I find out the final shipping cost?

Once we receive your items, we will repack them into a single consolidated package, then measure the actual weight and volumetric weight, and calculate the shipping fee based on the rates for your chosen country/region. You will then receive a payment link via email. Upon successful payment, we will arrange for immediate shipment.

Are the service fee and shipping fee paid separately?

Yes.
Our代購 service typically involves two payment stages:

* Stage 1: Pay the代購 fee first.
* Stage 2: After we receive and package the items, pay the shipping fee.

What is volumetric weight? Why is it calculated by volume?

In addition to being calculated by "actual weight",
some items (e.g., large but light items) are charged by "volumetric weight".

📦 Volumetric weight (KG) = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

We compare:
• Actual Weight
• Volumetric Weight

The higher of the two will be used as the final chargeable weight.

📌 Weight Increment Rule:

• Less than 0.5 kg will be calculated as 0.5 kg
• Thereafter, each 0.5 kg is a billing unit
 

The above is the standard calculation method for international logistics, ensuring shipping costs are calculated based on actual space occupied.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

1. Dangerous Goods
• Flammable liquids (alcohol with an alcohol content exceeding 24%, perfume, nail polish, sprays)
• Aerosols/pressurized gases/explosives (matches, fireworks)
• Corrosive substances, toxic or radioactive materials

2. Cash and High-Value Items
Cash, checks, currency, gold bars

3. Counterfeit Products and Intellectual Property Infringement
• Counterfeit/replica branded goods

4. Weapons and Dangerous Instruments
• Knives, swords
• Stun guns, pepper spray, airsoft guns, BB guns

5. Strongly Magnetic Items
• High-strength magnets
• Speaker components, motor magnets

How long until I receive my package?

Generally, the entire process takes about 7 to 14 business days from the confirmation of the代購 fee payment. The actual time may vary depending on platform shipping, product arrival time, and delivery region.

What if my package is lost?

Each parcel includes basic shipping insurance:
• We will inquire about the parcel with the logistics company.
• If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will compensate based on the order amount/proof of purchase (compensation limits vary by country).

You just need to provide a screenshot of the purchase to apply, and we will assist with the entire process.

What if the item is out of stock or the platform cancels the order?

In the event that an item is out of stock, discontinued, the platform cancels the order, or we are otherwise unable to fulfill the purchase, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and arrange for a product change, cancellation of relevant items, or a refund.

Can I cancel a purchasing agent order after confirmation?

As proxy shopping is a commissioned purchase, immediate cancellations are generally not possible once confirmed and arranged.
If the order has not yet entered the procurement process, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Will all fees be listed upfront?

Yes.
The代購 fee (purchasing service fee) and product price will be confirmed before purchase;
Shipping fees will be confirmed based on actual weight and volume after we receive the products and complete packaging.
