Delivery Process and Time 

All orders are shipped from our Europe warehouse in Poland. Shipments are air-freighted to Hong Kong daily, with delivery from Europe to Hong Kong typically taking 4–5 business days.

Upon arrival, orders are processed and forwarded across Asia by our local warehouse team. Tracking details for the final delivery from Hong Kong will be provided.

After you receive your tracking number, your parcel will usually arrive within 1–3 business days. The entire delivery process, from placing your order to final delivery, typically takes 7–11 business days, depending on your location.
