How long will i receive my package?

All orders are shipped from Europe (Poland warehouse), with daily flights transporting goods to Hong Kong.
Typically, shipping from Europe to Hong Kong takes approximately 4-5 business days.

Upon arrival in Hong Kong, goods will be packaged and dispatched by our local warehouse team to various locations in Asia, and a tracking number for parcels departing from Hong Kong will be provided.
 

After receiving the parcel tracking number, customers can expect to receive their parcel within 1-3 business days.

From the time of order placement, the entire delivery process takes approximately 7-11 business days (depending on the region).

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once your package has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Yes, non-food items can be returned within 14 days, and expired or damaged food is guaranteed a refund.

For non-food and unopened items, we offer a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receipt.
Please ensure the product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.

For food and perishable items, returns are not accepted for hygiene reasons—
However, if your order is expired, nearing expiration, or damaged, we will promptly offer a refund or replacement.
