Delivery Process and Time

All orders are shipped from Europe (Kraków, Poland warehouse), with daily flights to Hong Kong. It generally takes about 4–5 business days for items to be shipped from Europe to Hong Kong. Once the items arrive in Hong Kong, they will be packaged and distributed to various parts of Asia by the local warehouse team, and a tracking number for shipment from Hong Kong will be provided. After receiving the tracking number, customers will receive their parcels within 1–3 business days.

From the time of order placement, the entire delivery process takes approximately 7–11 business days (depending on the region).
